These Terms and Conditions (T&C) will be applied fully and affect to your use of this website. By accessing or using the RMS Gold Website, you agree to be bound by these T&C and any other policies or guidelines that may be posted on the Website. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability of products on the Website. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, pricing, or any other content is error-free or complete. Price and Payments

1. RMS Gold strives to ensure the accuracy of product details, descriptions, and prices. If a pricing error is discovered, RMS Gold will inform the Customer and cancel the order. If payment has been made, a store credit will be issued.

2. Prices include applicable taxes and are in Malaysian Ringgit, with delivery fees applied separately. Starting from 1 March 2024, a 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) will be added to shipping fees.

3. Customers must pay via the available methods at checkout. Payments using store credit or promotional vouchers are accepted.

4. Pre-authorizations are performed on cards for payment validation. If authorization is not granted, the order will not be processed.

5. For international orders, the Customer is responsible for customs and import duties, and postal charges.

We reserve the right at any time to make any amendments to this Website, including and not limited to the prices, products and services offered on this site. Products and prices offered on our Website may not be similar to the products and prices offered on our Website as we may run different promotions, campaigns, sales or offers that may not be offered in stores or vice-versa. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your order and/or refund your purchase as per our Refund and Return Policy.

Mistaken Order and Order Cancellations

Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of their orders before submission. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

1. We advise buyers to send us through email or call us within 24 hours or as soon as possible before we proceed the shipping from the receipt of your item.

2. Sent email to rmsgold@arrahnuxchange.com.my or or contact us 019-3298035 and mentions what the reason of the cancellation order.

3. We will cancel the order and provide refund as per buyer request.

4. If we already ship the item, buyer need to return the item first and we will refund after the item send back to us.

Refusal Order

1. RMS Gold reserves the right to withdraw products, remove content, or refuse orders after confirmation for any reason, including errors or other exceptional circumstances.

2. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the Customer.

Pricing and Product Availability

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order or adjust the price.

Refund and Return Policy

Exchange, Replacement, or Refund: We offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds if the product is damaged,

or lost during transit.

Damage:

If your item is received damaged, kindly email us within 24 hours from the receipt of your item.

We will arrange for an exchange or refund based on your preference.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

Log in to your account on the RMS Gold website and visit the "Order History" page (https://rmsgold.com.my/order_history).

Copy the invoice no. (e.g., 2024-XXXX) listed under the "Info" column.

Send an email to or contact us via WhatsApp at 019-3298035, providing the order code so we can assist you further.

Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Upon approval, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to return the item for exchange.

Accepted Reasons for Exchange:

Item received in defective condition.

Item received differs from the one ordered.

Note: Requests for exchange or refund due to change of mind or items damaged due to "wear and tear" will not be accepted.

Condition for Returns:

Items must be returned in new, unused, and unsoiled condition with the original packaging and receipt.

Quality Check:

RMS Gold will conduct a quality check on returned items to ensure they meet the above conditions before processing an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. RMS Gold will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances during the return process.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect upon delivery, RMS Gold will provide the necessary shipping label for the return.

Exchange Limitations:

Exchanges are limited to the same product design of equivalent value, subject to stock availability.

If the exchange item is priced higher, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the exchange item is priced lower, RMS Gold will refund the difference to the customer.

Processing Time:

The exchange or refund process may take approximately 1 to 7 working days after the returned item is received by RMS Gold.

Lost in Transit:

We recommend that customers track their packages. If your item has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, RMS Gold will open a trace with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
